Andrey has been working for 25 years in advertising sphere. In 1996 together with colleagues he founded Voskhod agency in Ekaterinburg, Russia. In 2010 Voskhod for the first time became the most creative agency in Russia according to ACAR ranking. Since then, the agency has not yielded to anyone the top of the creative rating for 10 years. Nowadays the agency has offices in Ekaterinburg and Moscow.

Under his leadership, Voskhod won more than 400 awards at the most prestigious international advertising festivals: Cannes Lions. London International advertising festival, One Show, D&AD, Webby, Clio, Eurobest, Epica, ADCE  Golden Drum, Red Apple, Golden Hammer and many others. Voskhod agency has been the Agency of the Festival White Square by the number of awards for several times

The member of the Russian Advertising Academy. In 2019 he was included into  New Europe Hall of Fame of advertising.
